As our new People Administrator, you will be part of a large team delivering high‑quality, efficient, and professional people administration service. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a difference by making HR processes as effortless as possible for our employees and line managers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the administration of the employee lifecycle and ensure all changes are accurate and processed within our SLAs.
  • Handle transactional people administration in line with the employee lifecycle, including changes to terms and conditions, monthly reports, annual leave calculations and leaver processes.
  • Work closely with employees and line managers, providing efficient and professional people administration service.

Qualifications

  • Experience navigating multiple HR systems.
  • High levels of attention to detail with experience quality checking confidential information.
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced environment in a similar HR role.
  • Experience working in a high-paced HR administration service would be beneficial and you will have the ability to produce high-quality work accurately.
  • Have a passion for helping and supporting our colleagues with a willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work on your own initiative.

Working Conditions

This is a full‑time (36.25 hours per week) hybrid role; you will be able to split your time between home and the office. You will be required to work from the Preston, Lancashire office a minimum of two days per week with an increased office presence during the training period.
