We are looking for an experienced Insurance Coordinator to join our team, supporting the effective management of liability claims and complex insurance matters. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical knowledge, excellent stakeholder engagement, and the ability to operate at a senior level within the claims environment.
You will work closely with internal teams, insurers, and external partners to ensure claims are managed efficiently, accurately, and in line with best practice. As part of this role, you will have line management responsibility. After training, you will work 3 days from home and Tuesday and Wednesday from the office.
The essential criteria for the role is listed below:
- Proven experience operating at a Senior Liability Claims Handler level within the insurance sector.
- CII Certificate (or equivalent) as a minimum qualification or demonstrable relevant experience with a commitment to obtain the qualification.
- Strong experience managing large and complex claims involving multiple stakeholders.
