More about your role
The roles requires up to 2 to 3 days on site.
As Executive Assistant,you'llprovidehigh-qualitysupport to theField Operations Director,helping them stay focused, prepared, and able to deliver their best work.You'llbe the person who brings calm, structure, and clarity to a busy andfast pacedenvironment, ensuring priorities are managed and communication flows smoothly.
This is a role for someone who thrives on variety. From coordinatingacomplexandfast-movingdiaryand inbox, toevent managementand managing multiple priorities,you'llprovide end to end support to theDirector and his team.

- Demonstrable experienceof supportingSenior Directorlevel executives in a fast paced, complex organisation.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to produceaccurate, polished work under pressure.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with professionalism, diplomacy, and confidence.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and priorities, often with tight deadlines and shifting expectations.

You take real pride in deliveringhigh qualitywork and you naturally spot the details that others might miss.You'recomfortable supporting senior leaders and understand how to navigate busy diaries, changing priorities and sensitive information with discretion and good judgement.
You willbe requiredto attend your nearest office up to 3 days a week, we are flexible with this approach.
