More about your role You will be responsible for liaising with both internal and external customers on the phone and via email in order to ensure that service delivery is efficient and achieved continuously.

In addition to ensuring a customer focussed approach is adopted, you will action all necessary documents in line with SLAs.

Financial reporting is a key aspect of the role as is maintaining accuracy in the databases.

You will support customer complaints and ensure that we are compliant with the relevant regulation.

Being able to utilise IT packages such as MS Teams and Outlook are important along with the ability to multitask and manage your time effectively.
