- Strong working knowledge of ITIL Change Management practices
- Experience managing Change Advisory Board (CAB) or change governance processes
- Experience using IT service management (ITSM) tools and change workflows
- Demonstrable experience managing risk, prioritisation and competing demands in a change environment
More About You
You'll be organised and confident leading structured governance processes, with the ability to manage multiple changes while maintaining control and quality. You're comfortable working with technical teams and suppliers, ensuring changes are delivered safely and effectively. You'll bring a proactive mindset, using data and insight to monitor performance and identify improvements.
