As CAFM & Data Reporting Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the performance, optimisation, and insight generation across a large-scale commercial property portfolio. If you thrive in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment and want to make tangible impacts at scale, this role offers you real scope to influence and lead.

You'll have experience managing and developing a CAFM system (ideally MRI) in a commercial estates and facilities environment, with a strong grasp of data quality, governance and user adoption. You'll be confident leading a helpdesk and scheduling function, supporting business planning, financial processing, supporting audits and maintaining clear procedures and training. You can translate stakeholder needs into practical standards and reporting, producing dashboards and insight on performance, compliance, asset data and utilisation, and supporting new module implementations from initial requirements through to go-live.
