More About Your Role
Duty Manager responsibilities include
- Managing, recruiting and training staff.
- Handling customer concerns and driving up memberships.
- Preparing reports and attending meetings.
- Leading a team to ensure efficient day‑to‑day running of the centre.
Working flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, with off‑shift time for administrative duties.
- More About You
- Previous supervisory/management experience in a leisure facility.
- Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
- Currently holding an NPLQ qualification.
- PPO qualification desirable; training provided.
- Registered first aider preferred.
