More about your role: At Brio Retirement Village we are currently recruiting for a Receptionist on a permanent basis. This is a varied role and on a daily basis, your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting at the point of contact for any front of house queries
  • Assisting with cleaning duties
  • Providing support to the catering support
  • Working closely with the Deputy General Manager to provide excellent customer service
  • Attending job/careers fairs when needed as well as assisting with other on-site events

This position operates working a 4 on 4 off rota across Monday to Sunday. At Places for People, we are committed to a safe working environment so a DBS check for this role is mandatory. For a full list of role duties please download the Job Profile.

More about you: A ‘can do' attitude and good attention to detail are required. The role will require high levels of customer service with efficient and effective planning. It is important to be able to have a direct, calm and professional manner. To be successful in your application you will have experience:

  • In a Receptionist/Front of House role
  • With MS packages such as MS Word and Excel
  • Attending events such as job/careers fairs
