More about your role

As our Occupational Health Administrator, you'll provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to our internal Occupational Health function, helping to ensure services are delivered efficiently, professionally and in line with regulatory requirements. You'll coordinate appointments, health surveillance activities and medical assessments, while maintaining accurate records and confidential information.

Working closely with colleagues, managers and clinicians across the business, you'll act as a key point of contact, manage referrals and enquiries, maintain service trackers and reporting information, and support the continuous improvement of processes and systems. You'll play an important role in ensuring a high-quality, organised and customer-focused service for colleagues across the Group.

Essential Criteria

  • Demonstrable experience in an administrative, coordination or business support role.
  • Proven experience coordinating appointments, diaries, referrals or activities across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail with experience maintaining accurate records and data.
  • Experience handling confidential and sensitive information in line with GDPR or similar data protection requirements.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

You have excellent attention to detail and take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work. You'll be comfortable handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

You'll also have strong technical skills, particularly across Microsoft Office applications, and enjoy working both independently and collaboratively as part of a wider team.
