You will take an active role to engage with residents to promote safe and secure independent living, ensuring an engaging vibrant environment to reduce isolation. Providing advice on rent and service charges, assisting with benefits claims and supporting customers with their financial needs.
It is essential that you have experience/knowledge of housing management, social care and/or wellbeing of Retirement living services. You will possess good computer skills with knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. A driving license and own car for business use is essential for this role.
