More About Your Role
You will lead the transformation strategy across our Commercial portfolio, driving complex, cross‑functional change that improves operational performance, customer outcomes and long‑term organisational capability. Operating at a senior level, you will set clear direction, provide assurance across a wide portfolio of programmes and ensure transformation activity is aligned to our wider business objectives. This is a high‑impact leadership role where you will work closely with Directors and Executive leaders, shaping priorities, influencing investment decisions and ensuring change delivers measurable, sustainable benefits. You will also play a key role in developing transformation standards, governance and ways of working across the organisation.
More About You
As our Head of Transformation, you will be responsible for setting and owning the transformation roadmap for the Commercial portfolio, translating strategy into a clear and deliverable programme of change. You will lead and develop senior managers and professional leads, creating a high‑performance culture focused on collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement. You will be confident balancing competing priorities, managing risk and complexity, and stepping in where needed to remove barriers or reset direction. With strong judgement and autonomy, you will provide trusted advice to senior leaders, ensure robust governance and benefits realisation, and make sure transformation activity delivers real, lasting value for colleagues and customers.

Essential Criteria
- Extensive experience leading large‑scale transformation or change portfolios in complex operational environments
- Proven senior leadership experience managing managers and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to operate at strategic level while maintaining assurance over delivery and outcomes
- Strong influencing skills with senior and executive stakeholders
- Experience developing policies, frameworks or professional standards at organisational level
