Are you detail-oriented, organised, and confident in administration? We're looking for a proactive Compliance Officer to join our Compliance team at Residential Management Group (RMG). This role concentrates on Building Safety.

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, a 7.5 hour shift between 8 AM and 5.30 PM. We offer flexible working hours around these times.

Where will I be working? You will be based at our offices in Northwich, CW9 7LN.

As a Compliance Officer, you will:

  • Handle the administration of regulatory legal instructions and update internal databases, including the Building Management System, Compliance Database, and Salesforce.
  • Monitor supplier performance against SLAs, ensuring timely receipt, review, and upload of reports.
  • Respond to internal and external compliance queries with clarity and professionalism, providing advice and solutions.
  • Support the resolution of non-compliance issues to reduce risk to the company and clients.
  • Identify and escalate risks to performance against compliance requirements.
  • Follow company processes, procedures, and policies at all times.
  • Undertake additional duties appropriate to the role as required.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • Excellent attention to detail, strong time management, and organisational skills.
  • Confident use of Microsoft Word and Outlook; basic to intermediate Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide a consistently high level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Ability to make decisions independently and collaboratively.
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).

Desirable:

  • Experience in the property management industry with a basic understanding of compliance.
