We're looking for a Senior Business Performance & Insight Analyst to play a key role in driving improved business performance and customer outcomes across the commercial property management companies. In this role, you'll lead the analysis of operational, financial and customer data to generate clear, actionable insight that supports strategic decision-making, transformation activity and continuous improvement. Acting as a trusted analytical partner to senior leaders, you'll help explain what's happening across the organisation, why it's happening and what actions are needed to deliver measurable improvement. You'll also be responsible for ensuring performance information is accurate, meaningful and accessible, enabling leaders to track benefits, manage risk and balance service quality, customer experience and commercial outcomes.
Where will I be working? Working 37.5 hours this is a hybrid role based out of our offices in Northwich (CW9 7LN) offering flexibility to work from home to be assessed on a case by case basis.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading analysis of complex operational, financial and customer datasets to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Providing insight into performance drivers, root causes and impacts on both the business and customers.
- Designing, owning and continuously improving performance dashboards and management information packs.
- Defining, monitoring and interpreting KPIs, SLAs and customer measures, highlighting variances and required actions.
- Leading benefits definition, tracking and assurance reporting for transformation and improvement initiatives.
- Developing evidence-based recommendations to improve efficiency, service quality, customer experience and cost control.
- Acting as a trusted analytical advisor to senior stakeholders, presenting insight clearly to non-technical audiences.
What we're looking for:
Essential:- Significant experience in business performance analysis, insight or reporting roles.
- Strong ability to analyse complex datasets and turn findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Proven experience producing senior-level dashboards, reports and management information.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
- Strong commercial awareness with a clear customer focus.
- Experience supporting or leading benefits realisation for transformation or change programmes.
- Experience working with customer experience data, feedback, complaints or journey metrics.
- Experience working within regulated, operational or service-led environments.
