We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised SED Analyst to join our team in Northwich. In this role, you will manage a variety of legal pre- and post-sale property queries, supporting customers and solicitors to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction process. You will play a key part in delivering excellent customer service, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately, within SLA timeframes, and in line with company policies and lease obligations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming queries via email, chat, and telephone relating to property sales and transfers
- Prepare and issue pre-sale and post-sale documentation in line with lease requirements
- Review consent requests and supporting documents, ensuring compliance with company standards
- Source and provide documentation from internal teams and Land Registry where required
- Act as a central point of contact, liaising with different departments to facilitate smooth transactions
- Ensure all tasks meet SLA deadlines and achieve performance targets
- Maintain strict adherence to company policies and procedures
About You
Essential
- Previous administrative experience with strong organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively and work to deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Confident using Microsoft Word and Outlook, with basic Excel skills
- Ability to make decisions both independently and collaboratively
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English

- Knowledge of property sales, leasehold, or related processes
