We are looking for a Business Analyst working across commercial companies with a particular focus on improving customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape how we understand and enhance the customer journey across our services.

Where will I be working? Attached to our offices based in Northwich, this is a flexible role with visits as required to the designated local office.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define and document business needs and scope.
  • Using a variety of techniques to elicit, analyse, and document requirements for large and complex change initiatives.
  • Mapping and analysing customer journeys to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Leading change management activities and evaluating the impact of process improvements.
  • Supporting the delivery of customer‑focused transformation projects using Agile methodologies.

Essential Criteria:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst focusing on customer journey and experience.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Excel, JIRA, and UML.
  • Experience in process transformation, data reporting, and Agile/Scrum or Kanban environments.
  • A valid driving licence is preferable, as our offices are not easily accessible via public transport.

Desirable:

  • Experience in a similar industry or business environment.
  • Knowledge of SSRS and data warehousing concepts.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
