More about your role: Reporting to the Head of Digitisation, the Principal Salesforce Engineer will provide technical leadership across our Salesforce ecosystem, encompassing both Salesforce Field Services (SFS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms. You will be responsible for owning Salesforce Products across the organisation, setting and driving the roadmap for Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with a team of engineers, providing advice and guidance where needed and reviewing the products they work on. In addition, to championing best practice, you will embed security-by-design when designing and building engineering solutions. At Places for People, we are committed to a safe working environment so a basic DBS check is mandatory.
More about you: The ideal candidate will have experience of working with Salesforce Field Services and a proven track record of mentoring junior members of staff.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Field Services and Service Cloud are essential
- Proven experience of working with Lightning Web Components

- An understanding of Salesforce Architecture
