More about your role
You make sure there are clear and effective checks in place to keep data, policies and processes across Assets and Investments accurate, consistent and high quality. You help develop and improve systems and ways of working, support colleagues to use them well, and keep policies and procedures up to date, whilst maintaining data accuracy. You also support budgeting, financial planning and service improvement work, while making sure high standards are maintained at all times. This is a hybrid role, with an expectation to attend the office two days per week.
Essential Criteria
- Detailed knowledge of asset related data and systems within a housing or property-based organisation
- Experience analysing large data sets and improving data and systems, with clear involvement in developing or updating policies and procedures in a complex organisation
- Proven experience delivering or supporting quality assurance for data, processes, systems or policies
- Demonstrable experience working with a wide range of stakeholders and building effective working relationships

You understand the commercial impact of your work and can manage complex relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. You take a proactive and logical approach to solving problems, always keeping customers in mind. You have experience improving data and systems and supporting the development of policies and procedures in a complex organisation, whilst thinking strategically.
