This is a varied and interesting role. As Duty Manager, you will manage, recruit and train staff, deal with customer concerns, drive up memberships, prepare reports and attend meetings. You will represent Places Leisure and need to be a motivated individual who will take on responsibility to lead a team and ensure the efficient day-to-day running of the centre. A flexible approach to work is required, including working shifts, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

With this role, you will be managing a large team, so previous experience in a supervisory/management capacity within a leisure facility would be desirable. As a Duty Manager, you will become one of our registered first aiders, and therefore first aid experience would set you apart from other candidates. We are looking for someone with excellent customer service and leadership skills. It is essential that you hold a NPLQ qualification.
