Reporting to the Hard Services Manager, the Maintenance Technician will work as part of the wider PfP Students team to ensure the provision of safe accommodation for the occupiers in accordance with the Client's requirements as set out in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
This role requires a skilled, responsible, and diligent individual to play a key role in delivering planned and reactive maintenance. On a daily basis, you will ensure the PPM programme and the life cycle replacement schedule are completed on time and in line with performance requirements. This role is based across South Kensington, White City and Battersea and operates a 40 hour working week. The hours for this role are 10am - 6pm. A basic DBS check is mandatory.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Electrical / Mechanical Experience
- HVAC Facilities Maintenance Experience
- A C&G Guild 2391 qualification is desired though not essential
