More About Your Role
As Fitness Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the whole of the fitness team. The fitness team are responsible for ensuring all individual & Personal Training/Small Group Training and Programming targets are achieved. You will work with the management team, reporting directly to the Contracts Manager and provide KPI and financial budgetary information. You will also manage the class timetable including group exercise classes.
More About You
You will have developed a career within the fitness industry (or military physical training) and be looking to continue in a managerial role. You will be as comfortable delivering fitness training as you are planning long term strategies to promote and develop a busy fitness function. An NVQ level 3 in fitness (or equivalent) is essential.
