The Estate Operative Department is responsible for waste management and cleanliness of the development. This includes carpark maintenance and upkeep of communal areas to ensure Beaufort Park (London NW9) remains a pleasant and high-standard place to live for all residents.

Rota: Sunday to Thursday (Friday and Saturday off) - 35 hours per week 8 AM to 4 PM
