Places for People is seeking an Assistant Portfolio Manager to oversee property management services for London clients. You will report to the Portfolio and Lettings Manager and ensure the delivery of high-quality maintenance, repairs and financial performance across residential portfolios.
You will conduct site inspections, manage repair tasks and liaise with the client to meet expectations. The role is site-based 3–4 days weekly across London, with DBS checks required where applicable.
