About Your Role

You will carry out work on individual properties and communal areas as directed by your supervisor, including general repairs. Your duties include conducting pre‑ and post‑inspections, recording actions and outcomes, assisting with scheduling work, monitoring expenditure, and keeping accurate records. You will supervise and train apprentices when appropriate, undertake training as directed, and ensure all work complies with Health and Safety regulations. A Level 2 qualification in a related trade is preferred.
