Residential Management Group (RMG), a market‑leading Property Management Company, is looking for a hands‑on and proactive Gardener to join our onsite team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well‑maintained residential development, helping to create and maintain an attractive and safe environment for residents and visitors.
Where will I be working?
- 35 hours per week – Monday to Friday (8 AM until 4 PM)
- On site at our Holborough Lakes development in Snodland (ME6)
More about your role
As a Gardener, you'll play a key role in ensuring the estate remains a clean, safe and visually appealing environment. Working closely with the Estate Manager and Head Gardener, your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out general gardening duties including litter picking, mowing, strimming, weeding, hedge cutting, planting and mulching
- Ensuring all areas of the estate are maintained to a high standard and left clean, tidy and safe at the end of each day
- Reporting any health and safety issues
