Residential Management Group (RMG), a market-leading Property Management Company, is looking for a hands-on and proactive Gardener to join our onsite team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well-maintained residential development, helping to create and maintain an attractive and safe environment for residents and visitors.

35 hours per week Monday to Friday (8 AM until 4 PM) - On site at our Holborough Lakes development in Snodland (ME6).

As a Gardener, you'll play a key role in ensuring the estate remains a clean, safe and visually appealing environment. Working closely with the Estate Manager and Head Gardener, your responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out general gardening duties including litter picking, mowing, strimming, weeding, hedge cutting, planting and mulching.
  • Supporting with seasonal tasks such as gritting and waste clearance.
  • Working collaboratively with onsite teams and contractors, ensuring safe working practices are followed.
  • Promoting a strong health & safety culture, ensuring risks are identified, reported and managed appropriately.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys working outdoors in a hands-on, practical role. Knowledge of maintaining high-end or landscaped developments is desirable.
