This role is 5 days a week at our New Homes Development site in Aberdeen, applicants must live within a commutable distance to Aberdeen.

More about your role

  • Support the Site Manager with day-to-day site operations to deliver homes safely, on time and to agreed quality standards.
  • Ensure safe working practices are always followed and maintain compliance with all SHE procedures and regulations.
  • Oversee build activities across all stages, ensuring inspections are completed and plots are fully ready before presentation.
  • Deliver site inductions for contractors and visitors and help maintain a positive, disciplined site culture.
  • Liaise with the NHBC and other key stakeholders when required.
  • Deputise for the Site Manager in their absence.
  • Plan, programme and coordinate work packages to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Manage site logistics and minimise health, safety and environmental risks.
  • Support new homeowners by ensuring snagging items are resolved promptly and to a high standard.

  • SMSTS
  • CSCS black Managers card
  • First Aid certificate
  • Scaffold Inspection certificate
  • Previous housebuilding experience

Preferred criteria

  • Good IT skills
  • Knowledge of NHBC standards and basic building control
  • NVQ Level 6 in Site Management
