We’re looking for an experienced Insurance Handler to join our team, supporting the effective handling of insurance claims and ensuring the best possible outcomes for our customers. This role is key to delivering a fair, thorough, and customer-focused claims service while working closely with insurers, adjusters, and internal stakeholders. After training you will work 3 days from home and Tuesday and Wednesday from the office.
The essential criteria for this role is listed below:
- Experience working in a claims handling environment.
- CII qualification to Certificate level (Cert CII) as a minimum or willingness to undertake further study to achieve Cert CII status if not currently held.
- Strong ability and confidence to challenge decisions and scenarios relating to claims and repairs where appropriate.
