As the Swimming Coordinator, you will manage the swim programme, schedule 1:1 lessons, coordinate school swim programmes and manage swim teachers. You will deliver a high level of customer service to all pool customers, manage the Swimming Instructors and empower them to motivate and instruct pupils, turning non-swimmers into confident pool users and helping swimmers achieve their fitness goals.
The successful applicant will have previous management experience and a commercial background, ideally in swimming. You will be committed to ongoing Personal Development (attending at least two courses or workshops per year) and have a good working knowledge of the Swim England Learn to Swim Pathway. Above all, you will be passionate about swimming and creating active places and healthy people.
