More about your role:

• You will carry out work on individual properties and communal areas as directed by your supervisor, including general repairs.
• You'll conduct pre- and post-inspections, recording actions and outcomes.
• You'll assist with scheduling work and monitor your own expenditure, keeping accurate records while focusing on cost-efficiency and providing value for money to customers.
• You'll supervise and train apprentices when appropriate and undertake training as directed by your supervisor.
• All work must be completed in compliance with Health & Safety guidelines and company policies.

As part of our employment checks, this role will require you to complete a satisfactory Basic DBS check. Although this role is advertised in a specific location, you will be required to work in surrounding areas.

Essential Criteria:

• NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds
• Previous experience as a Plasterer, ideally within a social housing environment.
• Due to the area this patch covers, you will need to be based within the postcode we've specified in the advert.
• Hold a valid driving license.

More about you:

• You must be technically competent with an NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds qualification in your trade.
• Strong organizational skills are essential for planning workloads and estimating supplies and time.
• You should have a positive attitude toward health and safety, ensuring full compliance with company policies and standards.
• Good communication skills are required, along with the ability to use a tablet or smartphone for recording activities, capturing images, and recording survey data.
• A current driving licence is essential, and an additional Level 2 qualification in a relevant trade is preferred.
