You will oversee membership acquisition, customer service and day-to-day administration, coaching staff to deliver outstanding experiences and effective rota management.
You will work with senior managers to develop local plans that meet targets for memberships, swimming lessons, courses, catering and retail, while upholding safeguarding and welfare policies
