More about your role

This role relates to the operational delivery of services related to damp and mould cases and includes the hands-on treatment and removal of mould, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing service delivery to meet customer needs effectively. Much more than a focus on the hazard removal element itself, you\’ll be working with our customers offering helpful advice and support to understand causation and work on longer term mitigation of the occurrence of damp & mould. Taking an empathetic, flexible, case by case approach you will take into account both the severity of the issue being reported and any Customer (relevant) vulnerabilities.

Essential requirement: You must possess a valid driving license.

Although this role is advertised in a specific location, you will be required to work in surrounding areas.

More About You

The post holder must be technically competent, demonstrate appropriate skills and experience in the treatment, causation, prevention, and removal of damp and mould, including associated repairs. The role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex, and dynamic team environment, effectively prioritising workloads and managing competing demands. Proficiency in Microsoft products and business systems, including Salesforce.
