Responsibilities
- Ensure that a defined Healthy Community project/programme runs in line with best practice and meets mutually agreed KPIs.
- Ensure the team fully understands the scope of the project/programme: funding, KPIs (key performance indicators), outputs and outcomes, and the wider impact on our communities.
- Effectively and professionally complete any admin tasks relating to the project/programme.
- Engage with key health and wellbeing partner groups related to Active Partnerships, the NHS, the Local Authority, VCSE, etc., driving collaboration opportunities.

- Experience managing data and communicating to a range of audiences.
- Qualifications/experience relating to the specific project/programme to be managed.
- Passion for improving the health of the local community and awareness of the local sports/health landscape.
