We are looking to recruit a Head of Sales and Revenue on a permanent basis. This position reports to the Director of Modularwise. This is a brand new role and a great opportunity to shape a function in a key area of PfP. On a daily basis you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities across the modular construction sector, with a particular focus on design-led, volumetric, turnkey solutions. In addition to conducting targeted market research to identify potential client sectors and new revenue streams, you will play a key role in qualifying and converting leads into long term client relationships. This is a national role. The main office is based in Shobdon and you would be required on site 1-2 days a week.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record within Business Development/ Sales. Ideally experienced in modular construction, off-site manufacturing, or the wider construction sector along with bid management. Key requirements include:
- A proven track record of working in a similar role
- Experience of modular construction, offsite manufacturing, or construction sector
- Knowledge of bid management
- Access to your own vehicle
- A hands-on "self-starter", entrepreneurial mindset
