  • What you'll be doing
  • Carrying out roofingrepairs across domestic properties including pitched and flat roofs
  • Completingwork such as tile repairs, mortar work and general roof maintenance
  • Working to drawn specifications, reports and repair requirements
  • Completing general buildingrepairs linked to roofing work
  • Working to specifications and ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements
  • Collaborating with supervisors, schedulers, and wider teams to meet deadlines
  • Recordingwork activity and completing required documentation
  • Supporting apprentices and contributing to team performance and KPIs

  • A structured schedule coveringrepairs and maintenance work
  • Travelling between jobs inyour company van
  • Working independently or with a team of other tradespeople
  • Engaging directlywith Customers in their homes
  • Completingwork efficiently while maintaining quality and compliance standards

You will be working across

  • A range of domestic propertieswithin your local area

Essential Criteria (you need to meet all of these to be shortlisted)

  • NVQ Level 2 or City and Guilds in Roofing orequivalent experience
  • Experience carrying out roofingrepairs within domestic or social housing properties
  • Ability towork to strict deadlines and maintain high quality standards
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Due to the area this patch covers, you will need to be basedwithin the PE postcode
  • Nice to have (not essential)
  • Experience carrying out general buildingrepairs
  • Experienceworking across multiple trades
