What you'll be doing
- Carrying outgas servicing, maintenance and installation across domestic properties
- Working in line with gas safety regulations and health and safety standards
- Participating in an on call rota when required
- Managing van stock to maximise first time fix rates
- Collaborating with teams to meet service targets
- Recordingwork activity and compliance documentation
What your day looks like
- A structured schedule covering servicing, maintenance andinstallation work
- Travelling between jobs inyour company van
- Working independently or with a team of other tradespeople
- Engaging directlywith Customers in their homes
- Completingwork efficiently while maintaining compliance and safety standards
Where you'llwork
You will beworking across:
- Occupied homes
- Empty (void) propertiesA range of domestic propertieswithin your local area
- Environments involvingvulnerable Customers
EssentialCriteria (you need to meet all of these to be shortlisted)
- ACSgas qualifications and Gas Safe registration
- Experienceworking as a Gas Engineer, ideally within social housing or domestic properties
- Full UK driving licence
- Due to the area this patch covers, you will need to be basedwithin the PE postcode
Nice to have (not essential)
- Experienceworking to service KPIs
- Strong fault finding skills
