We have an exciting new opportunity for a Yoga instructor for a very busy Saturday morning class and for a Wednesday evening Group Cycle Instructor at Places Leisure, where you will be working in a fun, lively environment with likeminded people. You will help to inspire others to work together and deliver their very best. With your previous experience in the fitness industry, specifically personal and group training, you will be full of enthusiasm and love talking with people whilst motivating them to push themselves to achieve their aims in a safe and encouraging manner.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver group workouts to large and small classes in a fast-paced environment, engaging and motivating participants.
- Demonstrate strong people skills, placing customer needs at the forefront and building personable, meaningful relationships.
- Show exceptional time management skills.
- Maintain ongoing personal development by staying informed of new trends and maintaining a high level of knowledge.
- Work with customers of all abilities, at any stage of their fitness journey.
- Work as part of a team to keep facilities clean and safe, adhering to regulations and company procedures.
Qualifications:
- Hold a qualification suitable for delivering our world-class Group Workout Programme, including a Level 2 fitness qualification.
- If not yet qualified, we are happy to support you in achieving this qualification through our continuous learning and development opportunities.
- Previous experience in the fitness industry, specifically personal and group training.
