Places Leisure, part of Places for People, is recruiting a Head of Operational Optimisation to lead data-driven resource planning, cost management and performance improvement across multiple sites. You will work with operational leaders, Finance and central teams to identify efficiencies and build robust cost models.
The role involves travel to Leisure sites 2–3 days per week and requires strong Excel/Power BI modelling skills to support decision-making at senior levels.
