Working Pattern

35 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7, including weekends. The role follows a Thursday to Monday schedule, with the following hours:

  • Thursday: 12:00pm - 7:00pm
  • Friday to Monday: 10:00am - 5:00pm

About the Role

This role will feel very familiar if you've worked in new build, estate agency or property development sales. As a Sales Executive, you'll take full ownership of the sales journey on your development(s) from first enquiry through to reservation, legal progression and successful handover. You'll be responsible for:

  • Proactively generating and converting leads into reservations and completed sales
  • Managing the full sales pipeline and accurately forecasting performance
  • Delivering exceptional on-site and appointment-based customer viewings
  • Negotiating confidently while maintaining a high-quality customer experience
  • Building strong relationships with buyers, solicitors and internal stakeholders
  • Representing the brand professionally and driving site-specific sales strategies

You'll work closely with the Sales Manager and wider team, with clear targets and the autonomy to manage your patch like your own business.

About You

You're a results-driven sales professional who thrives in a target-led environment and understands what it takes to sell property. You'll bring:

  • Experience in new homes, property or estate agency sales
  • A strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Confidence conducting face-to-face viewings and progressing buyers to reservation
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisation skills to manage multiple buyers and deadlines at once
  • A customer-focused mindset, balancing commercial outcomes with service quality
  • Experience in shared ownership and/or open market housing preferable
