Responsibilities

  • Support major development and investment decisions across the business, collaborating with senior finance leaders and stakeholders.
  • Provide clear, insightful financial analysis from early appraisal through to project delivery, including modelling and assessment of financial impact.
  • Analyse performance, highlight risks and opportunities, and influence decision‑making, cash‑flow planning and long‑term outcomes.
  • Prepare and maintain financial models and reports.

Qualifications

  • Finance qualification (Part Qualified or Qualified CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
  • Strong Excel skills; ability to build and maintain complex financial models.
  • Track record working with large data sets.
  • Experience working within a matrix management structure.
  • Relevant experience with housebuilding or development is highly desired.
  • Basic DBS check mandatory for safe working environment.
