More about your role
You take responsibility for keeping shared indoor and outdoor areas clean and safe, reporting issues such as fly-tipping or abandoned vehicles, and removing graffiti when needed. You complete training as directed, follow all Health and Safety requirements and organisational policies, and support on-site safety checks, including testing fire alarms and emergency lighting. You also help uphold the organisation's people promises through proactive, inclusive behaviour. The work involves some manual handling, so you approach tasks with care and attention to safety. Although you don't need extensive experience to succeed in this role, as long as you're open to learning skills you will receive full training to help you thrive.

You're reliable, comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, and happy to get stuck into practical tasks, including manual handling and refuse collection. A full driving licence helps you move between sites when needed, and your awareness of COSHH and safe use of cleaning products supports you in carrying out your work responsibly.
