You'll be working alongside an experienced and supportive team of property management professionals, led by a highly experienced senior management team. This will be a blend of home working, office visits and on-site attendance across your portfolio . Managing an established residential portfolio of blocks and estates, you will utilise your sound knowledge of the Property Factors code of conduct, the governance around property management and your experience of managing complex developments whilst providing outstanding customer service. You will be managing a residential property portfolio consisting of residential blocks and new estates, being the main point of contact for property owners for any issues relating to their development ie repairs, cleaning, gardening, invoice queries etc Completing and documenting regular development inspections Resolution of complaints within the SLA timescales Approving of contractors invoices Factor / Property Manager experience A full UK driving licence and car 27 days holiday plus all Bank Holidays ~ Free Healthcare cashback Plan (re-claiming for things like optical treatment (plus an optical discount voucher) and dental care, physiotherapy and GP Charges plus more!
