About the Role

We are seeking a casual Fitness Instructor to work in a lively environment with likeminded people. The ideal candidate will inspire others, deliver group workout classes, and provide tailored health and fitness advice.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum CIMSPA Affiliate/REPs Level 3, with the ability to teach a variety of group workout classes and preferred availability in mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities & Expectations

  • Always put customers’ needs first and build personable, meaningful relationships.
  • Maintain continuous personal development and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Conduct initial inductions and ensure customers use equipment safely and correctly.
  • Work comfortably with customers of all abilities, setting and monitoring programmes as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with personal training and small group sessions, offer personal training services, and acquire new PT clients through face‑to‑face interactions and basic marketing.
  • Contribute to a clean, safe facility, adhering to regulations and company procedures.
