As Contract Lead Complex M&E, you will support the Complex M&E Team in the effective and efficient delivery of the group's Repairs, Maintenance and Capital works via our supporting contractors. You will act as an escalation point and focal point around contractor performance and Health and Safety around delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the service is customer-focused, efficient, and offers value for money for the Group.
  • Adhering to KPIs and financial targets set.
  • Day-to-day organization, scheduling, supervision, and responsibility for safety, technical standards, and quality of works.
  • Operational delivery of Group policies and procedures to ensure compliance, including risk management and production of risk assessments.
  • Overseeing and delivering on the group's Complex M&E portfolio on statutory and group-lead compliance activities.

Essential Criteria:

  • Proven experience delivering customer-focused services and driving continuous improvement.
  • Strong background in planning, arranging, and supervising works within complex commercial properties.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and/or contractors to maintain service quality, manage change, and develop staff.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills to achieve targets, manage costs, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working on large-scale contracts in Commercial Gas compliance, Water Hygiene, or Electrical contracts.
  • Proven experience and knowledge of Commercial Gas Systems, Water Hygiene, or Electrical systems.
  • Provision of effective technical and non-technical expertise, advice, and quality assurance.
  • Professional Qualification in one of the following disciplines: Commercial Gas, Water Hygiene, or Electrical.
