Customer Service Advisor – RMG Customer Service Contact Centre (Northwich)

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the voice of RMG, building rapport with customers and answering a wide variety of queries related to their properties and accounts.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer contacts and queries via phone, email, WhatsApp and online chat.
- Provide advice, guidance and solutions to meet customer needs.
- Accurately record all customer transactions in Salesforce and process related documentation.
- Support other areas of the business with various projects.
- Follow the 4‑week rotation shift pattern (8‑4 pm, 9‑5 pm, 10‑6 pm, 12‑8 pm) and work weekend shifts with days off in lieu.
Qualifications & Skills
- First‑class customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to carry out instructions quickly, accurately and ask for clarification when unsure.
- Good organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not essential.
