More About The Team
We are looking to recruit a Customer Advisor on a Fixed Term Contract. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is a great opportunity to join a growing area of the business.
This role is based at Touchstone Bath. Working hours are Monday to Thursday 9 am–5:30 pm and Friday 9 am–5 pm. After an initial training period (2–4 weeks), the role offers hybrid working (3 days at home).
More About Your Role
On a daily basis you will help to ensure that the customer experience is of the highest standard and provide administrative support in relation to all leasing activity and day‑to‑day operations.
In addition to liaising with customers about their tenancies, negotiating rents and ending tenancies, you will conduct regular market research and provide admin support to ensure applications are completed correctly.
A basic DBS check is mandatory to ensure a safe working environment.

The ideal candidate will have previously worked in a similar role. Experience conducting administrative tasks and familiarity with MS packages such as MS Word and Excel are required.
