More about your role

At Places Leisure we are looking to recruit a Costa Coffee Barista Maestro to join the team at our brand-new flagship leisure centre. As a Barista Maestro you'll work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, supporting them in all areas of the operation including delivering excellent customer service standards and training of baristas in the art of crafting great coffee! You'll lead from the front, inspiring your team to make sure every customer experience is an awesome one.

To apply for this role, you need to be passionate about coffee and customer service. You should be passionate about training and coaching others to deliver the best coffee experience out there, from getting the best grind to amazing coffee art!

More about you

We are looking for friendly and approachable people who love to work as part of a team delivering great service. You should be reliable, committed, open and honest and be willing to act as a role model for other baristas. You should care about customer service, the coffee you and your colleagues serve and the wider leisure centre. You should be proud to wear the Costa uniform, always presenting a professional image.

You should be flexible with your availability - our site is open 7 days a week so weekends and evening shifts may be required.
