Responsibilities
You are responsible for managing your own cases while supporting others to ensure smooth project delivery. You help investigate and resolve complaints, meet compliance targets, and act as a point of contact for customers. You maintain high-quality standards, flag issues, and support reviews and reporting. You also contribute to projects that improve customer experience and ensure every interaction is as effortless as possible.
