Places for People is seeking a proactive Housing Officer to manage neighbourhoods, deliver tenancy and estate services, and ensure safe, clean, and attractive communities.
You will conduct tenancy reviews, property inspections, and contribute to improvement plans within budgetary constraints.
You will collaborate with the Community Safety Team, maintain strong relationships with customers and external agencies, and uphold safeguarding policies. DBS checks are required.
