The Procurement Function is a core part of Group Support Services. Due to the success over the last 12 months, they are looking to hire a Client Relationship Coordinator on a permanent basis. This is a newly created position within an emerging function, so there is scope to shape and develop the role.

More about the role

Reporting to the Head of Consortium Services, the Client Relationship Coordinator will play a key role in the development of dormant customer accounts. This will be done via networking, meetings (online or face to face) and advertising. You will work closely with Client Relationship Managers by managing their pipelines as well as providing admin support where required.

You will be expected to attend regular meetings and conferences, keeping track of client accounts and recording their activity. In addition, you will be expected to keep up to date and report on the latest market trends.

The ideal candidate will have experience within a customer service role. The ability to build and manage relationships with stakeholders is required along with excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience within a Customer Service role,
  • A proven track record of stakeholder engagement,
  • Excellent communication skills,
  • Good IT skills,
  • Good attention to detail.
