Senior Lifeguard Responsibilities
We are looking for a Senior Lifeguard who will gain experience and take on some Duty Manager duties. You will help ensure the safe and efficient running of your centre, maintain a high profile with our customers and operational staff, act as a mentor and role model, and support the training and development of staff.
Qualifications
You will have excellent communication and social skills, be the first point of contact for customers, have real attention to detail to ensure safety, cleanliness, and cleaning schedule adherence, and be hardworking with a conscientious attitude, taking initiative. Ideally, you will hold your National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) with up-to-date training records. Holding the National Pool Plant qualification would also be great but not essential.
